Return & Refund Policy
We are happy to accept return of Parts/Goods and refund you on the following conditions:
- You must provide an original invoice and/or receipt
- All returned goods must be unused, in original packaging and in original condition
- Goods must be returned or exchanged within 14 days of the purchase date unless prior arrangements have been made, and no later than 28 days of the purchase date under any circumstances
- Refunds will only be processed using the payment method stated on your original receipt. Original credit card must be presented to receive a credit refund.
Exceptions on Returns/Refunds
Unfortunately, we cannot offer an exchange, return, or refund on the following items:
- Custom-made, special orders, or products specifically cut to size at your request
- Goods that have been modified and/or misused
- Portable toilets and/or toilet seats, if packaging has been opened (for health reasons)
- Chemicals, oils, lubricants, etc
- Gift-cards, vouchers, and/or credit vouchers
- Electrical components
Products can still be returned for a refund if they are faulty, not fit for purpose or do not match the sample or description.
We may need to conduct an assessment of your product to determine whether a repair, replacement or refund is appropriate before a refund is made. Certain products may need to be sent to the manufacturer or their repair agent for assessment.
